Unscripted Producers Lab

The Unscripted Producers Lab is a four-day intensive designed specifically for emerging producers and aspiring showrunners working in unscripted reality television and documentary series formats.

Created in partnership with Bell Media and BIPOC TV & Film, the lab offers a deep dive into producing an unscripted series—from story development and casting to production logistics, post workflows, scheduling, and team management.

The program also includes four months of dedicated mentorship, giving participants individualized support as they grow their careers in unscripted TV and docuseries.
