We’re thrilled to be bringing a delegation of BIPOC unscripted content producers to Content Canada 2022, taking place September 13 to 14 at The Drake Hotel in Toronto, Ontario.
To apply to be part of our delegation, you must be:
Be an unscripted, reality, or factual series producer or story editor who has at least one producing, associate producing, or story editing credit on a Canadian or US broadcast or digital platform series. OR, have a comparable level of industry experience. If you have at least two associate producer or one producer credit on a feature or broadcast-length documentary, you may apply.
Have a slate of one to three projects in development (can be a broadcast or digital platform series).
Be able to attend the virtual masterclass sessions in August (dates TBC) and both days of Content Canada (September 13 and 14) in Toronto.
Be at least 19 years old at the time of application
Selected content producers will get exclusive access to:
Masterclass sessions led by senior unscripted/factual series producers and development executives to hone their pitch package and market strategy
A full delegate pass to Content Canada
Accommodation and transportation, if required
Opportunity to pitch projects to executives and funders, and build new connections
