Jhanik Bullard is a screenwriter based in Toronto, Canada. Born in the tropics of The Bahamas, Jhanik moved to Canada (2015) and has made this his new home. Jhanik sometimes gets ideas for the characters in his films, from his day job working in customer service. His passion lies in dramatic, yet emotional storytelling. Jhanik, graduated with honours from the Toronto Film School in the Writing for Film and Television Program (2018).
He has worked with Hungry Eyes Media as a Story Coordinator for a developing series, worked as a Script Coordinator on a CBC series currently in production as well. He had his directorial debut with the short film, Convenience, with Metal Monster Productions. Jhanik began his involvement with BIPOC TV & FILM as a volunteer, then as a member of their Social Media Team, and is now apart of the Visioning Committee as Treasurer.
